Delicious cookies! Made these for the first time last Christmas and gifted them to family. Everyone loved them and I was asked to make them again for several other occasions!
made this as a pumpkin crumble instead of the caramel and whipped cream toppings and it was a hit! crumble recipe was: 6 tbs all-purpose flour 3 tbs brown sugar 3 tbs unsalted butter (melted) 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice (optional; I just mixed the same spices as listed in the cheesecake recipe)
