Didn't have butternut squash or kale, so added in mushrooms, spinach, and shrimp instead. I think this made it a little thinner than called for, so I added a touch of corn starch ... but the flavors were amazing! Totally killer and should be a regular addition.
Delicious! Used a couple thai red peppers instead of Sri racha. The tamarind paste is a must - though I wish I had made 1/2 again as much sauce, seemed a little thin.
Delicious! Added a little crushed red pepper. Also didn't bother separating the chickpeas and milk to a blender, just used a stick blender in the pot until it felt right.
