Chicken gets a little dry, so consider baking for shorter time. I didn’t know what to do with the bacon but it will be fine however you put it in. It’s very easy to overfill the chicken, but that’s not a terrible problem.
Note that the artichoke hearts were rigid in some places so it might be worth it to chop them more or peel rigid leaves.
You don’t need more than one bag of shredded mozzarella to get like two cups.
