did not like. used half coconut milk and half almond milk… very strong coconut taste. not solidified enough, fell apart when cut. might try again without coconut milk. also forgot to put in 2tsp cinnamon
Really tasty! Would make again. Replaced corn syrup with honey (eyeballed amount), used white wine vinegar instead of rice wine, and added an extra tbsp soy sauce. Used red, orange, and yellow bell pepper.
