Did the recipe at 48x, ended up with 3.5 cups Greek yog and 2.5 cups mayo used 1.3 tbs coarse kosher salt, 8 limes juiced, 2 huge bunches cilantro, 2 solid bunches gr onion, 3 de-seeded jalepenos, 1 cup olive oil, dozen or so grinds of pepper. Probably my best batch yet.

Made at home for Margaret & Amy.
1. Cooked an extra half recipe of sauce base in a separate sauce pan to splash onto chicken and broccoli.
2. Cooked chicken separate, then added a splash of extra sauce and an extra egg or two.
3. Cooked broccoli separate with an extra egg or two and a splash of extra sauce.
4. Added broccoli at end, plated Margaret then added chicken.
5. Next time cook the egg on the side and add at the end with the green onion etc.
6. Double the green onion, cut some longer strips, maybe cut them in half lengthwise.
7. I added extra sugar to taste because it was too vinegary.
8. Keep noodles soaking until ready to cook.
9. Add water as needed after combining sauce and noodles to achieve desired gooeyness.
10. I used 7 eggs. Next time do two or so each on broccoli and chicken, plus two or three scrambled to add at end. Do this instead of adding the egg early to the wok.
11. Squeeze one lime on each plate as well as wedges for garnish.

It's a little too heavy on the soy sauce. I'd consider 1:1 soy sauce to honey, or maybe add some pineapple juice or extra honey.
