finished in 25 minutes, with uneven color on top, a bit salty with 9g fine sea salt; very crumbly. Maybe at 325' thicker cookie in slightly smaller pan?
Next time: reduce oil and sugar to 3/4 of current recipe to reduce sweetness and oily. I used 1/2 Crisco and 1/2 butter. Made passionfruit frosting by adding 2 large to buttercream recipe, no vanilla.
