Delicious and so easy! We didn't have parchment paper so we greased the pan and then dusted with a coat of flour. We might try cinnamon or blueberries with the same recipe. Yum
Loved this, we tried with frozen cauliflower rice, and also making fresh cauliflower rice. We tried adding a little bit of corn starch to thicken the sauce, might be okay without that though.
Recipe amounts were perfect, right amount of batter, right amount of buffalo sauce for the coating, and the cooking time worked very well. Cauliflower was crispy and delicious. Will definitely make again.
