I have made this a couple times. thawing the blueberries before helps a little with time and you definitely want to hit that 220° Mark. For me it took more like 20 - 25 minutes. This will make about a cup and a half.
I use this as a basic outline for my marinade and made Cuban sandwiches they turned out amazing I smoked the pork and instead of roasting it. This marinade's a little more delicate so smoking it I don't think it was the right idea. Smoke flavor overpowered a lot of the marinade. But still good.
