Fruit Pizza Shortbread Crust Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp icing sugar
2/3 cup butter, softened
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together flour, brown sugar, icing sugar and butter until a soft ball forms.
Spread this out using your fingers into a 12" pizza pan, creating a circle. Bake for 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and cool. Once completely cool, assemble your pizza.

Top batter with chocolate chips. Might need to cook longer than 2 mins.

•melt butter on stovetop until brown in color, then remove from heat, add sugars & mix
•beat one egg at a time, w extract
•mix dry ingredients separate
•then mix dry & wet ingredients
•add chocolate chips
•place graham crackers/biscuits, dough, marshmallows into pan

Directions:
Cut flank steak into thin strips and set aside in medium bowl. Mince garlic and ginger. Place half of each in the bowl with the steak to marinate and save the other half for cooking later. Next add the baking soda and cornstarch to the meat to help tenderize it and keep it moist. Add in the oil, soy, and oyster sauce and give the meat a good mix. Set the meat bowl aside to marinate.
Chop & wash the broccoli (and other preferred veggies). This is also a good time to start cooking your rice if you plan on serving any.
Sauce:
To another small-medium bowl, add soy, oyster sauce, and dark soy sauce (for color). Then add sesame oil, brown sugar, and white pepper. Taste to your seasoning preference.

1 c. creamy peanut butter
1/8 c. honey
1/3 c. peanuts
1/2 c. whole milk Greek yogurt, plain
12oz dark chocolate, melted
Flaky sea salt, optional
Coconut flakes, optional
RECIPE:
1. In a medium bowl, mix together mashed banana, peanut butter, honey, peanuts, and plain yogurt until fully combined.
2. Spoon mix onto a parchment lined baking sheet (makes 10-12) and then flatten into a disc shape.
3. Put in freezer for about an hour until fully hardened.
4. Remove from freezer and completely coat in melted chocolate. Place back onto parchment paper and sprinkle with sea salt if desired. Return to freezer for a few minutes until hard and enjoy!
5. Store in a freezer safe container in the freezer.
