Made these a couple times over the holiday season. Between these, pecan cookies, and the Maple Chili roasted pecans, the 5 lb of pecans I bought from Peach Truck were consumed quickly!
Almost too simple. But I had bought several discounted packages of Bell&Evans tenders at ShopRite today, and wanted to cook it quickly as possible. Easy, tasty, and easy protein.
