High heat oils like avocado oil will work better in frying everything evenly.

For oven baking at 400°, turn and baste with garlic butter mix every 12 minutes three times or until done.

I'm not entirely sure what the OP for this recipe was on, but it wasn't doing things right proportionally.
It should be noted that I did make the meat filling using the recipe for the Taco Bell clone beef recipe (see profile as I made it at the same time as this).
The filling total when proportioned out to what it was listed as didn't wrap up AND blew out (see second pic). When portioned out to not cause this is more like 1/6 of the filling. I do not expect the tostada used to remain crunchy when I defrost and reheat these.
