Use less sauce since the water from the veggies make it saucy. Only used a little more than half the mixture since my pan wasn't tall enough to add the third layer. The second layer after the noodles was the veggie mixture, sauce and cheese.
The food processing was annoying but made everything nice and uniform.
I made a creamy gamba pasta using tagliatelle, garlic gamba, spinach, onion, garlic, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts and parmezaan.
Next time wait till you’ve prepared all the ingredients then throw them in cause they cook quickly and you don’t want to overcook. Also add the cream sooner.
