Dough was very tacky, but came together with kneading. Would only make holes in bagels right before plopping them in water bath to ensure they don't get stretched out too much
I feel like I don’t normally say this but it was a little kale heavy in the pasta to kale ratio and could’ve used more pasta or less kale but otherwise yummy
