Delicious! I took some liberties (my leeks got slimey so I used yellow onion instead, and instead of sherry vinegar I used a combo of apple cider vinegar and rice vinegar) but it still turned out great.
Crust made in springform pan, took 15 minutes instead of 10.
With marshmallow, mild confusion over what was considered "no longer hot to the touch". Also, three minutes on medium was not nearly enough whisking time. Eventually had to turn mixer to higher settings before I got desired results.
