Made carne and pollo asada with this marinade. Always delicious. Also made 5 different tortillas - taqueria/Mexico City Style was the winner (then yellow, blue, red, white)

Delicious! Does not even need to be served over rice, although it would be even better. Made vegetarian with sweet potato, chickpeas, and spinach

Made 24 minis! I didn’t add any extras. Baked 12 minutes. The fuller ones could’ve baked a little longer, but they were so tasty! Plus baby loved them!
