These came out great. Used 60% whole wheat flour. It helped to rest the dough for about 10 minutes after shaping into snakes; makes the wrap and squeeze into a ring easier. I’ll try with everything topping next.

Delicious 😋 I used the traditional walnuts rather than pecans because that's what I had available. I wanted to use all my bananas, so I used 4 instead of 3, so I had to add a bit to the measurements. It turned out perfectly cooked at 50 mins in those 3 little 4 x 6 pans (I think that's what size they were 🤷🏾♀️). This recipe is a keeper.
