Great recipe, next time I may add a few more beans.

Followed the recipe exactly except topped with fresh basil right after it came out of the oven. Only needed to add 1/4c of water to the brine after it was pressed for 2 hours. Baked for 30 minutes before the flip and then 12 minutes after. Great way to use up extra garden zucchini!

These are spectacular.

2 servings and used about 120ml water. That seemed to make the right consistency for pressing into the trays and the right quantity for 4 trays.
