Tasty but made a lot more than I thought it would (prob 4 servings). I crumbled tofu and baked it with lots of seasonings to make my own vegan chorizo. Added extra spices to the chickpea mixture, and extra cream cheese (I bet tahini would’ve been good as a substitute). I put a bunch of nooch on top at the end
Ballpark of the mixture. As long as there is plenty of fluids for the lentils, it turns out fine. Added rosemary to it at the beginning and this was also very tasty!
