Followed the recipe exactly and it was excellent. Cooked again and now feel confident on adjusting the ratio of the ingredients to my preference (eg more peppers or sausage). I’m learning. This helped me a lot just in the understanding of the uniform size of the potatoes to the length of cook time. The sheet pan meal world is now my oyster.
