I made this soup thinking, eh, just another bowl of soup. It was overcast and gloomy, just a chance to use a frozen ham bone. No photos required. I want to admit, the attached photo is the one from the linked website Wholesome Made Easy. It frustrates me that I made no attempt to snap a photo. This is not Ham and Navy Bean Soup. This is a magic potion created to warm a soul. Valerie brings us this cheap and simple gem. Especially if you own “Magic Pot”. It was so good. I joined her page for the only reason but to give her five stars. Guys, this soup is worth the go. Even if you have to soak over night.
Jars were too cold to cook the noodles properly when I poured in the hot water. Couldn’t fit all the ingredients in the jars either but it tasted pretty good and veggie-like. Might try to find a different recipe.
