Only used the instant pot pressure cook info to steam the potatoes for use in another recipe. Worked well-reduced cook time by 1 minute to keep them slightly firmer for potato salad
Slow cooked in instant pot for 6 hours on low-came out wonderfully. Double layered the noodles to keep them a bit firmer through the long slow cook which was perfect.
Used vanilla bean paste, applesauce was already in the fridge. This is SO GOOD, the applesauce I used was homemade and already had lots of spices in it but the ingredients in the sorbet recipe definitely dialed up the flavor impact. Churned for 13 minutes and made approx 1 quart with my 32oz jar of applesauce-weighed the contents and they were a bit more than the recipe called for but stuck with the recommended ingredient quantities since it was close.
Used toasted hulled seeds I picked up at an Asian market locally and avocado oil. Ninja Foodi blender using the smoothing bowl worked fabulously. This is maybe too toasty so will probably do half toasted and half untoasted seeds in the future or just lightly toast them myself after I run out of the pre-toasted seeds I have on hand.
