Made this and had quite the argument with the mix trying to make it a smoother purée texture than my last batch of hummus that was more rustic. LOL should have not worried about it so much since this one doesn’t have a ton of artichokes in it. Oh well-it is SUPER smooth now and probably needs the lentils to salvage the texture for me-I like a rustic hummus but fiancé likes a smoother one.
Made my second batch today, this works great! I tried keeping it in a jar but that was not a good option (clumped significantly). Switched it to a 2L Cambro and it doesn’t clump anymore.
