Made my second batch today, this works great! I tried keeping it in a jar but that was not a good option (clumped significantly). Switched it to a 2L Cambro and it doesn’t clump anymore.
I had half a jar of marinated artichokes from Costco in my refrigerator and ended up making a double batch of this. No regrets it is AMAZING. Super herbaceous and zesty and tasty.
