Made with goat cheese. Yum.

Didn’t overcook the sweet potatoes this time. Steak could have been cut slightly smaller. Good flavor though. Just don’t have any of the greens this time.

Getting the herb butter spread evenly underneath the skin was difficulty. Everything was slippery. Needed a better way to hold the chicken upright while dressing.

Made from Hello Fresh recipe. Good flavor! Would recreate with substitute for ketchup
