David likes more time, for a crispier outer edge on fries! But VERY good, and simple Oh, and sorry to say - the Costco frozen fries are ab fab!! I guess a lot of this is unnecessary. harumph!
The Cascabel peppers were quite hot, and that made the whole thing delish. Something about heat/pain triggering endorphins. And the Thai Basil was 14" tall and needed to be "taken down."
