Made for mother's day 2026. Used soy milk and plant based butter to make it dairy free. Good consistency, blueberries gelled slightly despite being half frozen half fresh. Slightly lemony. Overall very good!
Made with this strawberry cake. I added about three times the amount of blended strawberries called for, which made the flavor better but the icing too thin and a little icy. More powdered sugar next time!
Delicious! I made it with a fresh strawberry puree and buttercream icing made with frozen strawberries. The icing fell off at first since I iced it too early, but some time in the fridge fixed it nicely! Nice fresh flavor!
