Made for pi day 2026. Huge hit! They look a little boring at first, but whipped cream and lime slices made them look super cute. I doubled the recipe and ended up with about 3 dozen.
Very easy recipe! The consistency definitely felt like what it was (peanut butter and oats), but not bad. I used quick oats; might use regular next time.
This was delicious! I doubled the recipe and made one with raspberries and one without, but the raspberry ones were definitely better. Would recommend!
