Extremely good. Poorly managed time on all fronts though. Try to work sauce concurrently with COOKING the chicken. Do the chicken first the put to side. Make sauce, heat oil, then start heating sauce. Cook chicken while sauce is heating. . Frying the chicken was a huge pain. Not sure if recipe is worth that effort
Cooked in Denver. Used recipe as is which accounts for doubled sauce ingredients and that provided ample amount (if it had been for 1 person. If cooking for >2 people, probably triple. . Also cooked salmon in oven. Seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic then placed in oven at 400F for ~20 minutes and it came out great. Served the salmon on the side which I think I prefer over being in the pasta
