Dough is super easy to handle. I baked for 16 minutes at 450. Would like them darker. The freezing thing is good. These are really soft, like a mall pretzel. That's great. Maybe crowding in the pan was bad? All ten in one sheet...
I am thinking about halving the original recipe here to fit in that round pan that I got at an estate sale on 5/23/25. Ok, half was not quite enough to fill the thing.
