Amazing - literally better than anything I’ve had in restaurants. Spicy as h*** too. Not inedibly spicy, just enough to linger a long while. Stirred in air fried tofu and a bunch of veg sautéed in sesame oil with garlic. I had garlic-ginger-chili paste from another dish so used that instead of the garlic and ginger.
Pretty good, pretty straightforward to make (first time using an Instapot). Flavour wasn’t really close to the butter chicken we’ve had in restaurants, but it was still a tasty and very silky sauce. I didn’t have a Serrano so I used a dried ancho and left it in until the end. Might make it again.
