Subbed bone in chicken thighs. Also added some thyme with the oregano. Chicken and Thyme just go so good together. Be careful no to add too much wine. You don’t want to boil the food. At the flipped the thighs to skin up. Salt and peppered and sprayed some olive oil. Hit broiler high for 4 mins then back to bake for last 10 mins.
Really great recipe. The more cornstarch, the crispier the chicken of course. I paired this with some rice and my chili crisp green beans. Olive oil a little soy stirfry with some chili crisp turn the heat off drizzle some lemon juice on top. Done.
