Went a little heavy on the garlic and onion. Used toasted onion. Used smoked paprika. Took it easy on the crushed red pepper.

Looks great. Mine always looks more brownish than the internet's. I use organic sugar, so ally simple syrup has that brownish tone. Tastes great though, so not complaining.

Was tasty. Need to lower temp and reduce cooking time. Wasn't too sweet. Would like to skin peaches next time. Personal preference. Will change recipe to reflect this.
