Made 8 cupcakes and 1 small baking dish. Used soymilk and decaf coffee Took 18 min for cupcakes and at leave 30 mins from cake The cadomon weight/ size didn't match sp we went with the lower option. Some pieces tasted like the cardamon and some didn't. Cake is light and would make again.
Huge success. Used a frozen challah which was nice to cut from frozen. Kept its shape then toasted in oven from frozen. Perfect number of eggs/solution. Cooked with two pans. Would make again.
Made a double batch. Skipped the nuts and hemp seeds. Really tasty but had to cook for a lot longer. Even after fully cooked it felt tender. Husband and baby liked it
