1/21/25. 4 stars. Scaled to make w 6 eggs. 2 tbs mayo. very yum! would maybe add a splash of vinegar next time. Made eggs in instant pot and they turned out perfectly and were easy to peel

For thanksgiving 2024. Took forever to chop kale. Didn't read recipe carefully on the day and accidentally mixed onions w kale before saute. still very good, would make again but do the day ahead
