9/26/24 5 stars. Made exactly as written, baked 30 mins. Almost as good as Pebbles Brazilian Cafe!

9/9/24 Made as written except subbed half and half for cream and added more fresh basil. Was just ok. 3 stars, should look for new recipe.

9/9/24 burned the onions and mom didn't have thyme on hand so I ommitted, but still yummy

9/7/24. 4 stars with gluten free noodles. overdid it on the romano cheese (added the whole tub) and didn't have enough sauce as I used the tin larger than 9x13. didn't have enough romano relative to spinach, so I've edited the recipe down to 1/2 lb spinach (I used 3/4 lb)
