9/7/24 Made exactly as written. 4 stars. Ready at exactly 35 mins. A little gluey in texture, needed more spices. Would use different frosting recipe, this one had too much vanilla

Used soy sauce instead of coconut aminos and onion powder + kosher salt. 4 stars

7/17/24 Made as written. 3.5 stars. Was tasty enough, but very light as an entree. Served with crusty bread

Made for Julie. A bit spicy with all the black pepper. Required almost double the sauce

7/4/24; reduced olive oil and increased lime juice. was nice and refreshing, but not as popular as I'd hoped (doubled recipe and less than half got eaten).
