7/4/24; reduced olive oil and increased lime juice. was nice and refreshing, but not as popular as I'd hoped (doubled recipe and less than half got eaten).
3 stars. 6/20/14 Made with Julie. Didn't pack the brown sugar and it wasn't sweet enough. Also was a bit too flour-y. Baked for 14 minutes to get them a bit brown on top, which resulted in a dry cookie
Have cream cheese out just long enough that it can blend well with sugar, then return to fridge to firm up a bit before folding with whipped cream to avoid runny frosting
