Super simple, delicious and satisfying. I used the entire can of coconut milk, and increased the cayenne to 1/8 tsp (but could go up to 1/4 and still taste mild I think). Served over brown rice.
Really nice! I accidentally bought instant yeast, and tried to accommodate but it still looked overproofed. Also the bottom was a bit dark, I had it on the bottom third to accommodate the size of the Dutch oven but will try the halfway point in the future. My whey is acidic, and I used whole wheat flour for the whole grain.
