Delicious! Added spinach instead of cabbage since I needed to use it, still great but cabbage adds a better crunch. Definitely a good idea to strain chickpeas and lay out of towel lined baking sheet in the fridge to dry out for best crisping
Made with almond flour and wasn’t as good as when I use almonds or walnuts. If using nut flour would recommend increasing oil to 3T. Subbing heavy cream works great
Delicious! Making it in the mortar and smashing together I think makes a huge difference but I had to chop the tomatillo since they were a bit tough (fresh out of the garden?) but flavor and texture all were great
