Delicious. Made a half recipe and only had 0.7oz of guajillo and added chile de árbol (took the seeds out) to make just shy of an oz. Also used roasted salted peanuts and white vinegar. Will be making again. Spicy but not too intense and great flavor
Amazing! Will be making many more times. Super soft and fluffy dough. I had made a double batch of the icing just to use up the other half of the cream cheese brick but these scrumptious little guys don’t need it.
Stir fried up random veggies (snap pea, carrot, baby bell, red onion) instead of shroomies. Turned out great! One pot noodle and sauce portion are a great base to use up fridge veggies :)
