Subbed oat flour and honey, turned out great! Not too sweet and the raisin bits are the best bites. Made mini loaves to give at Thanksgiving- took 28 mins in my quartet mini loaf pan
Made mini loaves to give out on Thanksgiving. Used truvia instead of white sugar (in suggested replacement portion from the package- ended up being ~4Tbsp Truvia), and added a little applesauce to the wet mix. Absolutely delicious. Will make another batch with the apples diced smaller.
I used little potatoes, sweet potato, and a honey nut squash, all cubed and cooked the same/together. It was so good! The sweet potato and squash made the mixture a little sweet, and everything was so crispy. This is the only way I’ll ever do potatoes forever!
I used blended up oats to make oat flour, and truvia instead of white sugar. They turned out slightly sandy, but that’s prob bc of the homemade oat flour. They’re moist - husband and kid approved! Was going to freeze some dough for later, but ended up just making them all bc they are so good!
