Lovely but pretty gooey. I used a half cup of almond flour instead of the oat and would have blitzed the chickpeas first before combining everything in the blender.
A PERFECT dupe for the Cava garlic dressing! Had it with rice and veg, then again with enchiladas. I just threw everything in the blender- didn’t slowly add oil as the recipe says, and it turned out fabulous anyway 😎
