Not bad at all. Truly tastes just like regular crust! Even fooled the kids. I got nervous that it would turn into a cracker crust a.k.a. super crispy if I left it in too long, so it ended up being a little soggy, but I will make it again for sure and maybe even make ahead for the kids lunches
Subbed oat flour and honey, turned out great! Not too sweet and the raisin bits are the best bites. Made mini loaves to give at Thanksgiving- took 28 mins in my quartet mini loaf pan
Made mini loaves to give out on Thanksgiving. Used truvia instead of white sugar (in suggested replacement portion from the package- ended up being ~4Tbsp Truvia), and added a little applesauce to the wet mix. Absolutely delicious. Will make another batch with the apples diced smaller.
