Recipe breakdown provides amounts.

Added extra maple syrup

Added more of cashews, lemon juice, ketchup, and definitely more pickle relish

EVOO for the pot

6+ garlic cloves

1 whole pkg of fresh Italian seasoning in the little cups in the produce section

3 TBS of tomato paste

Used 1 9oz PKG of chopped fresh kale

Used 1 cup Country Crock cream but was too much; use 1/2-3/4 next time

Add Calabrian peppers/mash to taste (1 TBS to pot and 1 tsp per serving) instead of red pepper flakes

Add 1 TBS kosher salt to pot

I substituted a large spaghetti squash for the pasta and probably tripled the sauce recipe. It came out excellent.
