This time I skipped the bell pepper bc it does nothing, and added about 4 chopped Chinese dried red chili peppers. Also salted throughout. I also always use a shallot instead of wasting half an onion. Spicy!
Super simple and fast, just used this for a guide on the basic amounts of things for 2 servings. I took the suggestion for fresh spinach, and cobbled crème fraîche out of sour cream + milk.
