Definitely did the job of being a thick style cookie. Butter was not completely room temp, hence why it rose a lot more on top of it being in the freezer for 10 minutes. Baked for 12 minutes. I did not pack the brown sugar when measuring. Very sweet, too sweet for my taste. It was a hit though!

Used 4 eggs instead of 3, did not add clove as instructed. Forgot to add the crushed walnuts on top! Use less nutmeg next time.

Used salted butter, needed to add granulated sugar on top.
