Had to add more goat milk powder as it was too runny and wouldn’t hold with original amount? 3 eggs wasn’t enough to split into 1/2 cup, likely why they flattened out. Definitely need to whisk the eggs more. Took 16 min to bake, took out and added butter and baked for 1-2 min more. Not a fan of goat milk powder taste, will try again with whole milk powder.
(not yet cooled nor topped with powder sugar). Doubled the recipe to adjust to a ~13x9 dish. Used salted butter, did not add more salt. Don’t whisk the eggs so much hence why there’s bubbles and the filling went towards the center, oops! Took longer to bake. Took 5 lemons to squeeze 1 cup lemon juice. The edges actually did set better once cooled!
Doubled the recipe. 2 cups of water was a little too much, took longer to cook. Kept it at low covered for extra 6 min and then left it covered for 4 more minutes to allow for absorption. Very very yummy! Maybe add paprika next time!
