I added the dry ingredients all at once to the cookie dough, so I needed to add more butter (and probably more egg, but I only added more melted butter). They were a bit crumbly, so don’t do that lol. I also forgot to turn the temp of the oven down for the last bit of cooking until the very last minute, but they came out perfect! Make sure to follow the recipe very closely if you want them to turn out as best as possible.

Make sure to use tons of salt, and to do it in layers! Salt the tomatoes and mozzarella heavily, and then the salad.

Garnished with parsley instead of basil because it’s what I had on hand

Forgot the lemon 😭 Will add to my leftovers because I bought way too many lemons for this recipe to not use them.

Made it in a pan for the first time. Topped with salsa and sour cream.
