Have made these twice now - first time with butter substitute and second with real butter. Cookie crust is thicker than I prefer, but others loved it. I will probably remove some of the cookie base before baking, next time. A delicious and very easy dessert!

Omitted the mushrooms and spinach, and used regular macaroni instead of lasagna noodles. Turned out well, tasted even better the next day.
