really brown the chciken (chicken is good) add less dijon to the broth, or at lease more veg (celery...) Maybe serve with crispy parm carrots, need soemthign crispy. more broth less onion (only 1 medium to small onion and 4 cups of broth). Broth is acidic.. do not know if i like it or not?
