I used chicken breasts instead of thighs since that's what we had on hand. I seasoned them with paprika, garlic salt, pepper, and roasted chicken seasoning. I used about half a can of diced tomatoes. I also added about a tablespoon of flour before adding the heavy cream in to make sure it was thick enough. I used shaved parmesan since it's what we had.
I really liked this meal. It's basically like chicken with alfredo sauce. I served it with mashed potatoes and used the sauce as a gravy. Next time, I would make sure to cook the onions until they're pretty soft, because there's no place for them to hide in the sauce. Same goes for the tomatoes. I also think it would be pretty good served with fettuccine noodles. I had the leftover sauce the next day with some noodles, and it was really good. Also, it made wayyyy more sauce than necessary. I would maybe even half it next time. You might need more if you're serving it with the noodles though. I'll definitely make this again, though!

This was DELICIOUS! We used BBQ pork from Aldi's, and the meat was less than $5. I didn't do the green onion since we didn't have it, but I added everything else to give it more of the Korean flavor rather than the American BBQ flavor. I served this over rice in a bowl, and it made plenty for lunches the next day. We will definitely be making this again.

This was bad. It just really tasted like... nothing. The ricotta and parmesan don't really add too much flavor, so this was incredibly disappointing. We threw this away and got Taco Bell, lol.

This was really great! I don't think we had quite enough mayo for the sauce, so I just eyeballed it. The sauce was spot on, though. The texture was a little off from Raising Cane's, so next time, I think it would be interesting to try a buttermilk and flour coating rather than butter and panko breadcrumbs. Also, we seasoned the chicken with paprika, garlic salt, and roasted chicken seasoning before dipping it in melted butter and coating it with the breadcrumbs. We served this with fries. Two little dipping cups of the sauce was the perfect amount. We will definitely be making this again!
